New gamemode

A gamemode that is summoners rift ,but its for players who want to practice.Its a gamemode where serious players LEAVE or if they stay they will be reported and maybe banned (in this gamemode) for being SERIOUS. This game mode is for horseplay and players who want to just have a good time or practice.This would put toxic (ex : )players together making the game less toxic.This is a choice if the keep join this gamemode they will be perma banned from this gamemode. I`m sure some players would love this mode. Im sleepy
