Banner Of Command?
With the new buff to it would it be viable on Heimerdinger? I was also wondering if all of the buffs would be applied to his turrets like before? Also would Raptor Cloak give the speed boost around his turrets?

Healurownbum1 votesI personally think its not worth it the promoted minion seems very weak still and the stats are not worth it on a mage overall. Soooo now mages have to pick out of even less items :(
