Crazy lag

I've been getting lag in most of my games lately, even my opponents and team have been experiencing this, my friend went from pings to as high as constant 2k ms. It's stupid, my normal ping should be constant 72 ms but i have 225-365 constant ping. Is anyone else experiencing this?
