Morekaiser Without Spellvamp

I will always be of the opinion that Morde's rework should have waited for a full VGU, instead of the rushed stupid crap we got instead

Gives him a slow and heals for both types of damage. Riot won't put him back to when he was viable after rework.

Mordekaiser doesn't need spellvamp. I get that you might want it to mitigate his health costs, but look at it this way:

1. All his abilities except his ult applied only 1/3 spellvamp.
2. W already heals a great amount if procced on champions.

He won't be destroyed by the removal of spellvamp.

I have been playing Morde without WotA/Gunblade for about 4 months already and he doesn't need spell vamp a bit. His W heal is more than enough, it is very strong. He doesn't need any rebalancing, and don't forget Gunblade stays and some Morde players really like this item and because of 40 AD it gives it's superior for him compared to WotA.

gunblade is better for him anyway
