How about prioritizing the people on your blacklist as enemies?

If you can classify them as bad players then yes! Exactly! Your score system, by whatever judgement you can muster.

Any behavior by "other" players that is used as an excuse for why "we" lost probably counts.

The advice "Choose your enemies wisely" wouldn't have to be advice if it was easy to do, would it? I suspect the ability of LoL players attempting to sort into a winning set and a losing set is quite a bit harder than it looks.

So what happens if your elo/time of the day only has like 10-20 people available and you blacklist the "worst" half of those?

Encouraging bullying when they're trying to remedy the reputation of players in the genre being awful, elitist monsters?
