Why did my promo's end after 1 loss?
So i played my first promo game and boy i was excited. But it ended horribly and i played terrible. But now, after only one loss ( And no dodging) my promo's have ended? I have no clue why

Did you have any games that were remade?
Did you get a free win next promo and are only that 1 game's lp loss away from new promos? Because I'd consider that a win.
