Well as a supp it's good to give kills away to adc or jungler right? Well if you play a good supp and let the kills getting killed by adc or jungler, you never get a S score or a S- score. So as a supp should i start kssing just to get a higher grade? , or just don't play supp anymore? Maybe change the grade scale for supp players? because it's alrdy hard to find good supps,and it gets even harder if we never get a S- or S, even with a lot of Assists ?

Not remotely true. The score is based on how other players do in that role on that champion, so Supports are measured up against other Supports for the score, not mid laners or any other role that gets more kills. I get S grades all the time, and without kill stealing much.
what you deserve1 votesI and my friends have gotten loads of S-+ ranks as supports even without having many kills. There are more factors than just KDA that go into that. The amount of wards placed, wards DESTROYED, damage dealt to structures, the amount of individual players that you help and help kill, actually using item actives.. It all factors.
