Advice on how to counter Darius as Riven

So, my most played champion is Riven, with around 70k mastery points. It's become a bit of a meme between me and my friends that every game i go riven top i'm matches against a Darius, and i feed really hard. And it has some truth to it. When i do try to fight him i often use most of my abilities to win the trade, and then cant get away because of his massive slow or i try to run and lose all of my health in doing so because he pulls me back. I start to dread every game because i'm so tired of fighting Darius, and every time he goes on rotation i stop playing the champion i enjoy most for a whole week. So i'm just asking if anyone has any early build tips, tactics or combos that could help me in the early laning phase as Riven, because this problem has costed me a lot of games and if you check my riven games i almost exclusively go Riven support or jungle now.

M7 Darius main, and I'm just gonna try give you some facts that got me feeling helpless & vulnerable:

Juke out Darius's Q by pretending you're going for a CS. After that, do some short burst trade, as Darius can't outdamage the amount of burst damage Riven does during her combo, along with Electrocute. Never extend the battle if he's healthier than you.
Try to save some mobility to escape his clutch (like Riven's 3rd Q or E), instead, try to walk out casually until Darius uses his E. Your dashes can't be slowed from having slow MS.
Always call for a gank if he overextended with no wards. When the gank happens, utilize the most out of your displacements (3rd Q & W) when you & your jungler are fighting together. Do not use up all your CC before your jungler comes & give Darius the capability to heal up & potentially destroy you both.

very good infro, people seem to think darius fucks riven. i think its the other way around. darius has to play extremely aggressive in that lane to have a shot at winning it, and by doing so he puts himself at to much of a risk.

short burst trades . and if he ever misses his q at lvl 6 you just all in him and get your autos off in between spells.

Play draft and ban Darius he's OP and broken auto-win lane AGAINST ANYONE with 0 skill or brain involved. He can literally just right click any champion inside their own minion wave and win anyway, so how do you counter that? You can't farm, you can't trade with him because he can all in you whenever he has his E up ... So yeah, ban and never look back. It's what I do. The only champion I can't ever win lane against because he's just that oppressive and everyone who plays him mains him so they all know they can just right click a champion and kill him from lv1 to 18

i play a lot of riven and im current at a 86 percent winrate on my smurf (xxkatraxx) you have to take short trades with him. q in stun AA e q out . that will chip him early, do that a couple of times then all in him. when you get 6 he has to respect you. look for an all in right when you get 6. get all your autos in and you will win the duel. and then once you get cleaver you can just kite him around with cdr, chip him down and go all in.
