Report Riot for Mastery Emote Mechanic

I don't understand the point of the mastery emote. It violates Clause 6 of the Summoner's Code ("Show Humility in Victory, and Grace in Defeat"). I have never seen someone use this emote to signal to another player "hey I'm pretty good at this champ, check out my emote".

Instead, it is always used to taunt someone or after someone has died.

Example 1: Zed solo kills laner. Stands over body and mastery emotes. Example 2: Zed gets solo killed in lane. Dead body mastery emotes.
