Great Job. Quick Question, if I go out and buy as many types of drugs as possible, spoke, snort, and swallow as much of it as possible on the daily, does it qualify me to be on the balance?

Seeing as this is only for the game-mode Nexus Blitz, which has a lot of items that were taken out of summoners rift, or removed from the game. This is ok, it also costs 7777 and saving up and doing so in nexus blitz you would prob be able to afford 1 maybe 2 of them if you are fed(and if you get 2 you prob would not be able to get much of anything else), seeing as the games will never pass the 23 min mark and most games are done way before then.

TLDR, this item is not on summoners Rift
