Kennen needs to be reworked but completly

He is like mage with infinite poke that uses no mana with all in potentional and mobility. Needs hars nerf or rework because currently he is too OP. He is like ranged Zed but with CC and global ult.

He's not overpowered, just really, really annoying

He needs mana. End of story.

Kennen is far from overpowered. Perhaps he just counters your main or perhaps you just don't know how to deal with him.

I actually always wreck kennen with my main champs, he needs to be reworked because of other reasons.

Have you even seen a real Kennen before? Because based on your assessment it sounds like you are conflating Alkali, Shen, and Kennen into one champion.
