Shen was recently nerfed for Worlds, since he had the capacity to be a common pick. Seeing as how he was never picked in Worlds, and that he now has the lowest win-rate for top, will he get re-buffed so he can get some power back?
I think they said they will buff shen in the new season. They kept him weak on purpose because he was picked too much in lcs so they are waiting to preseason before they do some changes.
I'd kindof prefer if he didn't get buffed until after they try out the new season changes on him.
