Hitboxes - Evidence Included
Hello Summoners/Riot! After a brief post (because of Twitter's character limit), @RiotSupport asked me to post this here.
A big topic over the years have been hitboxes and animations. After recent events, I can now see why.
As shown in the screenshot, Blitz technically missed his pull on the enemy Zed because it was sidestepped. However, he sprang a second arm to make the grab connect?
Now, to prove this screenshot it legit, I found the original video it was pulled from. The video was posted October 3rd of this year, so this is still an ongoing issue. Blitz is not the only champion to suffer from this. Lux Q's and R, Morg Q's, and sometimes even Thresh pulls all misalign with their animations and miss/hit when they should be hit/miss instead. I know this isn't something that will be fixed overnight and has been in the works over the years, but I feel this is a massive quality of life improvement that needs to be worked on to improve players ability to not only judge distances/animations appropriately, but also to stop punishing players who sidestepped properly (yet still get grabbed due to the misalignment).
I hope this all makes sense, as I'm not the greatest at making points. But I feel the evidence speaks for itself!
