Our Friends list options revamped.

Added functionality:

1. Allow us to deny game invites automatically.
2. Allow us to deny friend requests automatically.
3. Allow us to only have friends invite us to games. 3.5 Allow a set list of people to be allowed to invite us to games, or rather block certain people from giving game invites.
4. Allow us to go invisible. (So, people can't see when we're online)
5. Allow us to deny messages in-game.
6. Allow us to modify the notifications we receive.
7. Allow us to expire notifications.
8. Make notes more visible, the dark blue is kind of hard to see.
9. Make a default folder togglable. I don't want random people to go into "General", which in most case is people I add which are enjoyable to play with.
10. Allow people to see when you were last online by hovering over your disconnected name. On by default.
11. Disallow people to see when you were last online.
12. Allow people to see your previous names. On my default. (Sometimes I get confused as to who someone is, if they change their name)
13. Disallow people to see your previous names.
14. Show online based on folders. Meaning, your general could not show offline, but your ranked team would.

If some of this functionality is in the client already, please forgive me, I haven't seen it.
