Bard jungle?

Hello, I;ve been thinking about this a lot, and wonder why doesnt Riot change Bard to be more of a jungler .As a support, and especially in this ADC RIP meta, he is kinda bad because he cant roam, and thats the whole point of a Bard.. And I think, kit wise, that he could possibly have great ganks with his E and Q, and R also...Maybe if they gave him damage for instance on his W if an enemy steps on it, or buff his passive, so he can clear the jungle..

Jungle bard is fun, i don't recommend ranked play until you have a good amount of experience. Most of his power comes from picking up chimes. The rest is utility just like Ivern (not as great with the jungle clear but still). Give it a shot.
