Eve and Elise in the new jungle (they freaking suck)

Dear Riot I have come to notice that Elise and Eve have the lowest win-rates Elise (42.94%) and Eve (43.19%)

I have also come to a conclusion that you guys to neglect champions you Nerf continuously (Example Urgot back in the day). I REFUSE for these champions to be unnoticed by this neglect and demand action. I have also come to theories why these two primary junglers are not doing so well in the new jungle.

Elise theory

Ever Since I'VE been playing Elise in the new jungle I have notice that she gets stomped by the jungle camp easily, true, you may say "But what about her w in spider form or her stun on "kinda ish" human form? Elise depends far to much on her spider babies when shes in the jungle, and so I have notice that the jungle camp will "one shot K.O" Elise's spider babies and because of that sometimes she can't get enough vp from her w spider form and can't gank? Its just a theory. SO I was thinking maybe you would buff her baby spiders? Giver her baby spiders more hp? dmg? I dunno, something that will help her baby spiders to become more of a help, than a burden in the new jungle.

Eve theory

OK. so Eve has a long history of being complete trash ( back in the day in my time) and then came the GOLDEN AGE OF EVE, where she dominated every single thing in the universe. NOW, shes back again to being a complete trash (no offense riot). First off I thank Riot for giving small buffs to eve back in 4.20 WHICH I DO APPRECIATE BUT wasn't enough for the new jungle. Eve isn't like other junglers ( in my opinion) I THINK shes more of getting rid the jungle as quick as she can because she can't gain sustain from the new jungle. SO she depends highly on dmg. But what people might say is "what about the new purple jungle item thingy"? WELL, that's the ONLY sustain she can gain from the jungle. I have 2 theories to resolve this problem. MAYBE all what eve need is a bit more raw armor buffs so she can endure much longer in the jungle OR maybe, somehow you can give her ap/ad ratio buffs? higher scaling? Some way of Eve getting rid of jungle creeps quicker without getting hurt as much as she is right now.

DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY IDEAS OF HOW TO FIX EVE AND ELISE TO ADAPT TO THE NEW JUNGLE? DO you think my theories are valid?
