Current Ranking System

Understanding there is an algorithm that goes into effect to keep players within a certain amount of win/lost ratio, I feel like LoL should adapt a ranking system like CSgo where the amount of LP earned and lost is determined by the individual's gameplay. Factors include things like cs score, KDA, objectives taken, toxicity, afk, etc. Many stories include a person doing well in a game where they go "positive" or contribute heavily on team play but they have a heavy, feeding team. I've seen this happen in all ranks and it's unfortunate that the player who does somewhat decent in game has to suffer the same amount of LP lost as a person who may have caused the lost -- often ragers, trolls, or afkers. This can also be said about winning teams that have a player that did not do well but got carried by his/her teammates, do they really deserve the same LP amount as those who put in all the work? Also, this would prevent the issue of having all these boosted accounts and have people truly belong in the specific elo they deserve to be in. Now that LoL has a grading system after every game, I don't see why this change can't be applied within the next season patch.

The game is about working with your team to take down the enemy Nexus, not rack up a high score. A system that rewards more LP/MMR for players with high scores will only encourage ignoring the real objective of the game, playing selfishly, and discourage strategies that don't result in high scores whether they are effective or not.

this looks like a description of a 1v1 game such as chess or tennis, but not a team sport such as football or hearts.
