Some characters have crazy utility for how much damage they can deal.

think wukong or pyke, even lux if she's used right.

wukong has what's essentially a decoy + mini-flash and a knock up, and the second you're in the air, boom. dead.

pyke's ult can half someone's HP and gives full gold value to someone who assisted and he can be used as an assassin

lux has a root equal to that of a morgana 2.0, and her ult is almost always up if used right

i mean, come on

damage + utility isn't a nice combination, IMO

but that's my opinion

Wukong's mini flash on clone is the miniest flash you could possibly imagine. All it can do is get you out of Jarvan ult IF you are in the perfect corner where walls meet. Not really utility.

Clone itself is pretty evident because of how the animation stutters when you use it. Stealth is only 1.5 whereas Neeko's is 2s with a speed boost and a moving clone.

Knockup is on his ultimate which has a significant cooldown

... and thats it. Lots of utility? Not really.

Lots of damage? He's been nerfed consecutively for several patches in a row. Base damage on E, base damage on Q, scaling on Q, the items he uses and the runes he used.

If you want to complain about damage and utility there are much better champions to mention than he.

Wukong is just an outdated design Pyke is surely overloaded but Lux is fairly hard countered by MR and item 3111 You're an assassin ? buy and you can mess her combo up , like you're Zed who got rooted and now she is in her Ult animation ? w and you are fine , item 3155 is fine if you are like me who brain lags a lot and get hit by everything but somehow survive you're an adc ? item 3140 you're a mage ? item 3157 after getting hit by her Q and you can deny her Ult , and E if timed well you're a tank? Buy MR and take 0 damage Lux is the number 1 champion in the game who has an obvious counter play , therefore she is considered as Garbage tier and no one can play her in high elo She works fine in low though since no one know what to do but still that OP or something

Pyke is not overloaded. You just haven't learned how to play against him yet (after what? 8 months?)

He's certifiably dismemberable.

You want an example of Utility with damage? Urgot with Shield Bash can literally 1v5 if he even remotely wins lane, and that's about 70% of lane phases.

Once mid/late game, Urgot can actually spam his shield almost as soon as the last shield falls. And the Shield/HP ratio is so large, Shield base makes engagements literally into 2-3 hits before you either have to get out or are dead.

Originally, his deal was supposed to be small but numerous hits from all his legs and auto attacks..... now each and every attack is a huge chunk of damage.

Compare that to Pyke..... and you're talking near Double or triple the damage, better executes, and aoe feasibility. Pyke can't tank 3-4 people, much less 5.
