Ranked Help?

I'm tired of being stuck in Bronze. People will tell you to carry yourself out among other things. Even in Solo Queue, in about 80% of the matches I play, someone does something stupid in champion select whether it is selecting a lane that someone in the previous pick already picked, or you downright auto-lock a champion and don't communicate what you plan on doing from a laning standpoint. In matches, people make stupid mistakes, get caught out, and among the biggest thing; feed.

Yesterday, I played 3 ranked matches with a silver 1 player, and was paired with high-silver and low gold players. I fell in love with the play style. People actually respected each other more("more", not necessarily that great still, but better) in champion select, and didn't get caught out making stupid mistakes. It was more challenging, and came with being more in general fun.

I won 2 of the 3 matches with those people and had a blast doing it, but I was unable to duo with the same guy today I figured I would go back to Solo Queue and try my hand. The same things happened. I went from 50 LP bronze 4 to 75 LP bronze 5. Each game, someone did something foolhardy and ended up losing us the games.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not the best in the world at this game and I do make my fair share of mistakes, but I'm just not sure anymore on how I can get out of Bronze. I can do silver, but not bronze.

Note: If you take a look at some of my previous games, you'll probably see a game where I played as thresh and had a strange build. We had a jinx that by 15 minutes had 54 cs, something had to change.
