MASSIVE problem with the remake system

Just played my first promo from Silver 3 to Silver 2. Did champ select and everything fine. Get into game...Janna isn't there. Cool. We'll remake if we need to. She LITERALLY reconnects for half a second only to DC again. So we wait and hit remake. And we can't. Because she came back for a half second. So Our AD gets upset and just leaves.

It seems like instead of the person being gone that entire chunk of the beginning of the game should instead look at how much of the time they've been gone. Sucks to lose a promo game in a series because of 2 people not being there. I'd ask if I can get that game back to play again, but I know I can't, so instead I have to do my best to try and win 2 in a row now. Don't know if it's ACTUALLY intended to be that way. But it's a pretty dumb system if that half second stops the remake from being possible at all.
