SHEN BUFFS! WOOOOOO

As an upcoming Shen main, I have to say that this has got to be one of the best moments for me, and for other Shen players as well. We have been waiting so long for Shen to have magic resist per level, and now he finally gets it.

Honestly, the mr per lvl is the main thing that he actually needed. Everything else is just icing on the cake.

Now, the only thing left to buff on Shen is his horrific shield, but after this latest buff, I'm quite content.

Thanks for these buffs Riot.
