Dyanmic Que/Pre 30

So, I finally have come to the point about posting my thoughts and ideas. Please take notice I am not raging or venting but expressing my sole thoughts are these things and expressing ideas to changes.

Pre 30

Pre 30 has become an enviorment level 15 and below for those that are banned/suspended or just wanting to troll on an alternate account. Seems like every game there is either a troll, rager, or intentional feeder on either team thus making gameplay not that enjoyable. You may find this as an exaggeration as I would of assumed as well reading something like this without trying to level an account. I have even seen multiple professional streamers leveling accounts and getting multiple trolls as evidence to this. I feel the need for harsher punishments are in order when it comes to these types of behaviors and that Riot with the money invested in this game and esports should hire apporiate staff to handle these matters not the public. This goes toward post 30 as well as pre 30. Possible IP Bans?

Dynamic Que

Dynamic que is a fun idea for those that enjoy playing with others or friends, but I feel for those solo playing this has kind of ruined many fun factors as well as caused more challenges for those solo. Those Dynamically qued are more prone to harrass and verbally abuse those solo (or even stack up reports on the individual at the end of the game for unjust reasons) My idea for this is serperate the two ques like was originally intended before this new season began and allow those solo que to actually solo against other solo players. Yes this might raise the que times but I for one don't mind waiting an extra few minutes for a more balanced match up.
