Game freezing

Issue with game play. My game keeps freezing. Random times for no reason my internet speed is Gig speed my FPS are 60. Computer runs perfect... BUT BOOM it freezes. Any one?

Yeah same here, only way to get back in the game is to restart my pc with the power button cause alt-tab doesnt work anymore and I can't acces task manager. My team always surrender when it gets to 4v5 and I keep getting long queues cause of this...

I am guessing you are talking about the black screen.You can infact close the game. (Not saying this is an excuse for such a stupid bug)

While you are in the game spam ALT+F4, press windows button to see the taskbar and rightclick on game icon and then close, keep trying to close the game until when you hover over the game icon you see the errors. Then click on the error and press Enter as many times to resolve all the errors. Then the black screen will exit and you are able to reconnect.

This will still take you more than 1-2 minutes so your team will be a bit fucked, but at least you don't have to restart.

Yeah this is an issue Riot is sitting on their own thumbs with. They'd sooner be pandering to some crybaby about "refunding True Damage Ekko cause you couldn't mute his music" than actually fixing their game.

Wait, so the music was from ekko? If i play the skin in the next season will it keep the music or is just for this event?

Been happening all year for me. There's no fix and riot has decided to do nothing. 8600k rtx 2070 gigabit ethernet always over 200 fps yet game just freezes nonstop

This has been happening to me ever since I updated to 9.21. I have installed windows updates, and tried to optimize my settings to avoid lag as much as possible. If you look at my match history, any match that says "leaver" was from me randomly freezing in the middle of a match and being forced to restart my pc.

Made a post about this but if you are at the loading screen and it freezes at 99% or w/e % either press the window key or alt tab in order to get the task bar to show and hover your mouse over the icon next to your search bar named task view click it and it should bring up both the client and loading screen and w/e else you have open at the time in smaller windows right click the frozen loading screen to new desktop and now you can open task manager and end task on it w/o resetting your comp ofc this is if you have windows 10 installed not sure if this bandaid fix works for previous versions.

OMGG YESS im currently trying to get this fixed with a support ticket, just head over to support and they are always glad to help.... also sorry to all my teamates ._.
