Look I think he needs to have his last 3rd attack from Q Energized. His R should be able to use on the hero himself. ( Optional but I think it should ). Also his E or Q should give him Movement Speed.

Shen does need some love, but tbh immune mechanics are frustrating to deal with. Imagine Shen gets buffed, he is now played jugger not tank and is shreking you under the cover of immunity to autos?

See, if you buff Shen, you have to do it in a way that doesn't affect pro play because it would result in Riot nerfing him all over again.
No, he should not be able to ult himself
Stop supporting Riot games... they will never deliver what you wish or hopeing for.
Shen ult is one of the strongest ults in the game , buffing it would be so dumb.
