Worst experience in an online game.

When you que in a normal to play sona support and you go against a 5man premade. Like I just had a beer and my dinner and felt like playing lol and just get stomped and its no fun after about 6 minutes in when you get outplayed. It's like playing quake live 1 v 5, waste of time. I'm actually considering playing ranked to try out new champions so I don't have to play with premades. Imagine if I only play 1 or 2 games a day and the experience is like this. Sometimes in normals I get a 'sorry we are premade you will play support/adc'. I wouldn't complain but I read that riot is so great for caring about its customers and I didn't play lol just now I played a 5man's chump, logged in, que'd up to not have a remote chance of winning. why don't you man 5man vs only 5man, if the que time is long for them who cares. Maybe you don't care now but you will do when you release the new map and all those with crud computers can't play anymore.

Just to make this a discussion, is there a worse experience in an online game?, where you go to play a game and get a slap in the face.
