Declining Queue pop - Does it result in punishments?
Curious about this. If I remember right it does say if you declined game queue pops, too often, you can get a restriction?
If this is true, i've never experienced it, but it worries me for the following reasons. I often go into Champ Select and instantly show my pick, I usually avoid doing so, but my main has recently become a ban for many and I have to show it or people will often ban (people will often ban it anyway because they're childish idiots who don't want you playing a particular champion). Basically these games will often dodge, sometimes early, sometimes later (when the enemy has seen my pick(when, not because)). Since often times when you accept the instant re-pop of the queue, you are placed with either the people you were with before, or the people who were on the enemy team before whoever dodged, both teams know what you were going to pick and usually ban it 100% in the re-popped queue/champ select.
So thus, I decline the re-pop to avoid this. If you can be punished for not accepting queue pops often enough, what number are we talking about? is it fair considering the situation(s) (pretty much have to do this a good 30 times a day at least), does it count for re-popped queues or just for full length queue waits?
i'm just curious.
PS. Yes I realised if i'm doing it so much, and i'm not being punished/restricted/whatever, then it obviously isn't an issue. But that's why i'm curious.
