honestly since you are new I'd stick to easy champions that allow you to focus on how this game works and the role in general. They don't all have to be crazy binary like Annie, but yeah. I'd really suggest picking champions that will make you learn something you are currently bad at:
examples for me:
TOP= Jax, Shen. Both of these champs have pretty simple kits but you have to use them right to win lane. Jax especially teaches you how to trade and use your cooldowns as a melee top laner with only one gap closer.
MID= Annie, Lux. Annie teaches you the basics of knowing when you can and cannot kill someone, is easy to farm with, and teaches the importance of roaming to get kills. As a Lux main I can say that if you play a fair amount of Lux your skill shots in general get better.
ADC= Ashe because she teaches you how to abuse range advantage while also having to focus on stacks. she also has no self peel so you really learn how to position when playing her. Lucian is good for learning how to time your combos with an ADC while introducing you to repositioning with small dashes.
SUPPORT= Annie, Soraka. Annie plays a bit different bot than mid. teaches you to manage your mana a lot better. Soraka is very simplistic and teaches you how to just stay out of harms way as a support and let your carries do the work while you heal them up. need good positioning with both.
JUNGLE= Rammus, Warwick. Rammus is better because he will give you an opportunity for early ganks where Warwick doesn't even gank until post level 6. Rammus will force you to use your time efficiently since his clears are not super fast.
AVOID high mechanical intensive champions as they are good, but you want to be able to focus on learning this game first before all else. Learn how the game works, rotations, managing time, basic mechanics, etc.
So avoid Riven, Lee Sin, Leblanc, Ezreal, Vayne, Thresh, Draven, Elise, Fiora, Nidalee, Fizz, etc.
