Dc after 3 minutes

Disconnecting after the 3 minute mark is probably the most annoying thing for the other 4 players that have to deal with that disadvantage. Losing a ranked game is probably the worts case possible. If that one person does not reconnect during the rest of the game, it is probably impossible for the disadvantaged team to win the game. There needs to be some sort of leverage such as a small buff to the other players or a 50% CD on all summoner spells or even designating a player to play 2 champions at once such as in the game DOTA 2. This would most likely even out the odds of the game and making it a fair match.
