"Vote Player Out of Ranked" feature for ranked gameplay (remove exceptionally bad players).
So I was thinking u could vote really crap players out of ranked

And this can be abused HARDCORE. It means a party of 4, since that is possible now in ranked, can just get rid of anyone they don't like. While this COULD be good for cases where there are people trolling even during champ select, that possibility is still there.
However, I think the rating your teammates thing could be interesting. It would be incentive for players to try to be team players. I don't think getting a ton of low votes should hurt anything though. Cause then literally anyone could just go around and vote 0 on everyone, and hope to ruin their day. People who do well SHOULD be encouraged to keep doing so.
But, again, all of this has too much room to be exploited by trolls who just want to mess up people's day. This concept has been brought up a lot in the past, with the same result. Nothing.
What about the people who are salty and have to report some in a game, every game? I mean i see a lot of people who just report for the sake of reporting. Game goes wrong and they lose and there it comes again: "report X". How would they use this kind of feature? And if a person is on a losing streak and gets these kind of people on their team every game, and because of that gets banned from ranked games? I'm saying that this would be just giving away the game for the people that shouldn't be playing the game.
