Still taking way too long to find a match in new normal draft queue

Took 30 minutes yesterday to find one game. Today I queued up with my brother and we waited around for about 10 minutes before deciding to just do blind pick instead. Waiting in a queue right now, over 9 minutes to wait...and my mmr is pretty low, so I wouldn't think population issues would be a factor. I'll also mention I've always had "fill" or "support" listed as either a primary or secondary pick. I was kind of hoping they would fix the time issues when they disabled the new queues yesterday, but I guess not. I know there are lots of people for whom it is apparently working as intended, with relatively quick matchmaking times. There seems to be a set of players though who are experiencing regular 20+ minute queue times. Can't help but wonder if they don't have all the kinks ironed out yet, or if there's something under my control I can do to ensure faster times.

At the very least it would be nice if the "Estimated Wait" actually displayed an estimate instead of 0:00.
