Ranked Queue Dodging

My discussion here is whether you guys agree on how the ranked queue dodging works. I really do not mind the 4 lp loss or whatever it is after I dodge but the wait time is just very annoying. What if I have a troll in the lobby of course I'm going to want to dodge or if my team comp is bad I'm going to want to dodge to, I'm in it to win it. I find it very annoying that I have to wait 30 mins for the second dodge and even more after that. There will always be trolls but why must I be punished for trying to avoid them? Just want to know your guy's thoughts on this!

I believe that the current raked queue dodging punishments are perfect the way it is. The point is give people the ability to dodge in case of a troll teammate or people communicate their roles poorly. Most people don't mind the 4lp loss over the guaranteed loss that would be much higher. However, you still need a deterrence to prevent people from queue dodging. It is annoying to other players when people just dodge due to "bad team comp" or breaking the meta. If you get trolls twice in a row, then I take the 30 min wait time as more of a hint to take a break and play a reg or something :).
