Would it be too out of line just to know if your opponents have summoners/ults?

I feel like this would be REALLY nice for making plays on your lane, and knowing whether or not it's safe to all-in. I'm talking in the same vein you know your allies have their summoners, you should be able to see if your opponents have their own. I say this because unless you're eye-balling EVERYONE in the game and looking for EVERY moment they burn something it's a complete coin flip and you could end up trading flash for flash for no reason at all because you don't expect them to have them in the moment. Same thing for ultimates. If I'm a jungler and I see my laner die 1v1 to his lane opponent I might wanna try to clean up a kill right? Let's say I have my ult ready.

Well the problem is that depends on whether or not my opponent burned his ult or not because for w/e reason I was looking or focusing on something else. If I go in on him and it turns out he DOES have his ultimate up, i'm essentially suiciding because of information I can't reliably have all the time. Even if you have amazing map awareness you will ALWAYS miss something and this rings more true mid-late game because there's progressively more to focus on to realize if summoners/ults are burnt. You guys think this would be a good change? Is this the dumbest thing you have done read in your life and it makes you wanna eat babies?

Giving that information out freely is just too much babysitting. There's a necessity for obscuring some info like this to separate the good players from the better players.

i mean, you should really pay attention, and your team is supposed to communicate.

"Teemo flash, 19:42" to let everyone know. Whether it's to let the JGler know it's an easy gank, or let the team know it's safe to all in for a kill.

I've always been of the mindset that if Jungle timers are fine, so are timers for every other major piece of information that most players would inherently learn to keep track of. This includes Ability, Item, and Summoner cooldowns. It's the same exact concept as the Jungle timer tracking, and and everyone who knew how to track camp spawns knew how to track other cooldowns too. I just find it odd that we got Jungle timers since 'Basically everyone already knew how to anyways, and those that didn't were at a disadvantage' and yet we didn't get the other timers for the exact same reason.
