New Smite

So it seems like most supports should be taking smite now. Exhaust is still a viable option with how strong it is, but if you pick up a skirmishers or stalkers it brings a good amount of damage to bot lane and allows you to solo the scuttle if you are safe to do so, which is pretty huge with the vision it gives.
