PBE Account

Currently the PBE signup is down for maintenance. If you already signed up then you can still get accepted but otherwise no more signups.

Signups are down right now (and have been for a few months if I remember correctly), and there isn't word on when they will reopen. When or if they do, you can get an account by signing up for a waiting lottery pick list. This means that even if you sign up and signups are open, you might not get picked to have an account for months or even years.
