Being Held Hostage

Curious if Riot is going to follow up with their ban bot they got going and take care of people in champ select that being taken hostage basically. There's always a troll or whatever and especially in ranked you don't want to dodge because it's punishment on you and not the person who is forcing you to leave because you don't need that negativity during a game. especially ranked.
