Riven has a strong level one if she starts Q. Renekton is weak AF right now.

Riven only beats Renekton on lvl 1. From lvl 2 Renekton shits on her.

I mean... It's Riven. You aren't supposed to just sit and fight her at level 1. Of course she's strong then.

After you reach level 2 or 3 you should be fine against her. And as others have stated, you can make use of the minion wave to protect you so she cannot fight you as easily at lvl 1.

Minions do a metric fuckton of damage in the first few levels, and they will turn on her if she attacks you near them.

I didn't fight her. I was just about to take the first cs. She just Q'd through her minions. Not that hard for her since renekton's melee.
