Ranked Game Issues

I enjoy the game, but have experienced a lot of turmoil like many others in ranked. The issues I have run into so far are:

• I lose 25-29 LP for every loss and gain only 11-12 LP per win
• I tend to win 2 out of every 3 games, but I find myself falling behind because of the the difference in LP change for me
• I won 9 games in a rows and I believe went on a 15-3 stretch and only made it up through one promotion (2-0 in my series), but got demoted after one loss at 0 LP for that level.

We all know it takes 5 to win so you will not win every game. What do I need to do to overcome this lack of balance in my LP or am I stuck in a hole? Thanks all for reading.
