Suggestion to the development team: Help the team with AFK players

Hey, dear riot members. I really appreciate League of Legends. I am a Japanese player. I wanna submit a personal suggestion to you to help you make the game better. We all know that AFK players are very annoying and make the whole team frustrating. Since the system can automatically detect the AFK players(or disconnection), I think we can design a function that help the team with AFK players, help them do not give up. The system gold which AFK players' teammates get can be one plus every second if one AFK player is detected, bonus two if two are detected etc. the value should also be affected by the time in the game(the later the more). I cannot say the accurate number , it need a lot of test to make sure it is fair, but I want to improve the feeling of AFK players' teammates, give them chance to win a 4v5 game if they are together.
