Uh, just wondering why cleanse doesn't cleanse suppressions anymore/at all?????

A long time ago it did, and it was really unfair to malz and WW so they changed it.
Youre already using one of malzahars hardest counters. why did you got ulted in the first place position correctly. lolz
having to buy a 1300 gold item to completely counter someone isn't that big of a deal. you can afford to buy it over damage items, because you can't deal any damage if you're suppressed/dead.
You have no 6th item slot, but you can still have FIVE more items, which could be a 
Which gives 30% cdr and about 475 ap(minus runes masteries etc) the other stats the items give.
But he has no ULT, he has only 3 spells to use efficiently. Sure he can have 6 items, but that doesent matter if he cant make you stay still.
Because you can't use summoner spells when you're suppressed
And that would literally make malzahar useless if that was possible because he would literally have no ult because of something that costs nothing
I think this is an accurate representation of favoritism lol
Anyone know what the game-world explanation is for Cleanse not working it? After all its a summoner spell, isn't it the summoners that use those? Or do I have the wrong picture in my head?
