DFG used to be a core item on Garen, and now that it's gone, Garen has become a lot weaker. Will Garen get any compensation buffs such as ult reset on kills, or an "ammo" mechanic where like Akali, he can store 3 ult charges with a cooldown of 15 for each charge?

If they do compensate in any way they should at least lower the CD.
