Rageblade Overpriced?

Anyone here agree that the rageblade seems worthless and overpriced now? Tried getting it and the cost just seems way to high now. Not only that but why does it feel like I attack slower after fully building it? There should be attack speed added to the rageblade since I am spending an additional 1k on the recurve bow for it.

No. Rageblade is way too strong now with sated passive.

I agree remove sated passive but give attack speed or better idea give us back our old rageblade.
