Lucian is DISGUSTINGLY overpowered.

Honestly, what are you thinking riot, you've seen 's game play. Every single ability he uses he gets an instant an extra auto attack dealing 50% damage. It's absolutely retarded in no way do I understand how you even think its balanced. His Q does 200 damage at rank 5 with a % bonus on his AD of 120. That's also retarded, and his mobility, you're kidding me right? You try to compensate for all of his damage and mobility by giving him "low range" meanwhile he jumps around like a grasshopper shooting you in the face like a red kangaroo while dealing "Tons of damage" -Phreak. Also, casting his W and following by an auto attack grants him 40 movement speed, his ultimate with a decent build shoots approx. 20 shots at about 40 damage a piece, just everything about him is too strong, if Lucian got a complete rework I would like, throw a party. Anyways, you should nerf him, hopefully a lot of people notice this post and just by their basic understanding and seeing him being played/banned every single game you realize that he is grossly overpowered.
