Morgana snare Hit box and speed change.

I understand Morgana is a popular ban currently, but I know what would make Morgana a little less aggravating. I believe that Morgana's Q's hitbox should be changed just like Mundo's cleaver and her speed of the missile should be increased... this would make landing it for a good person easier and make someone able to dodge it without the weird looking hitbox that doesn't even match the particles

There are 2 issues with Morgana,

First, her Dark binding hitbox doesn't match the particle for a long shot.

It seriously does not.

How do we fix this? Fix the goddamn hitbox, double the mana cost BUT give it a full Mana refund if she hits an enemy champion with it and a half mana refund if she hits a Minion or a jungle Monster.

It becomes easier to dodge and bad Morgana's can't simply spam it until it hits someone.

On the other hand, good Morganas are now able to sneak Dark Bindings through creep waves and are rewarded for that, aswell as not wasting any Mana giving her potential to throw out a Black Shield here and there.

The Second issue is her Black Shield. It is an unfun mechanic to play against in the bottom lane as it virtually gives an Ally a 5 seconds Ragnarok as most Adcs don't deal Magic Damage and most Support don't deal enough magic damage to break it early on.

It's also unfun if you try to play something different in the bottom lane, like Jarvan + Lee Sin or something along those lines.

How to fix this? Make it so CC applied by a Physical damage source will not be negated. It seriously makes the most sense as the Black Shield is only consumed by Magic Damage anyway. Most ADC's don't have CC anyway and at least, so it will not be an issue in that matter.

The Black Shield also makes Katarina a fucking powerhouse if on the same team, I wonder how I don't see the two packed together more often.

I don't think this would be a good start for fixing Morgana. Her Q's width and projectile speed aren't the huge issues Morgana has. It wouldn't really solve the fact Morgana can point blank a Q on you and you are rooted for a long time. Not to mention going faster (even if it loses width) would be an overall buff. Some changes I think would be a good start:

Q - Fix the visual error and possibly reduce the size a small bit. Reduce the maximum root duration a bit, and then have it scale up to the max duration based on distance traveled (example: point blank Q would be 1 second while max range would be 2.5 seconds at max rank.) W - Not too much issues, but DoTs should only proc item 3303 item 3098 item 3092 once per ability cast, not per damage tick. This isn't just at Morgana (who gets a lot of risk-free gold from it) but in general for being a fire and forget and get gold ability. E - Straight up rework it. One idea I thought of is possibly make it a Spellshield like Sivir's (except for CC) but able to be placed on herself or allies, and then give some boon for blocking CC such as a shield or Tenacity. Total CC immunity is a lot of power, especially for a non-ult (and possibly even a ult.) R - Potentially in a fine spot. It has clear counterplay: Move away from Morgana or kill her quickly, assuming no Zhonya's.

Zhonya's is a weird interaction since it makes her immune to damage, but she can't chase after targets trying to run away from her. I think it's the only ok interaction with Zhonya's since it gives meaningful tradeoffs (stay out and chase or invuln and can't) compared to Swain, Kennen, and Fiddlesticks who still do damage while invulnerable, while Morgana's damage happens on use and again if you don't run away.
