Less Punishing if Jungler does not have Smite

Ok! So I believe the repercussions of not having smite / jungle starting item are a little too steep.

I got auto-filled last match to a Mid lane, so I changed out my typical Smite spell to something which fit the match. The next match I got back into my normal Jungle role but had to use the bathroom, in an emergency, right during queue selection. So, as soon as I locked in my pick for jungle Xin Zhao, I ran off to the bathroom. I hadn't noticed but I forgot to change my summoner to Smite (because it's Smite 99% of my matches) and was forced to jungle without it... and it was nearly impossible.

I was behind in exp the entire match due to not having the jungle item. This is from a Low-Mid ELO perspective btw, perhaps some Diamond/Challenger/Master's junglers could do without it somehow but I'm not Faker. I'm Tim from Customer Service and I just do what a Tim can do.
