Is there any form of counterplay if you're getting focused hard?

Recently i have been playing alot of mid lane and i have noticed that something was happening like 1 game out of 2 . The ennemy team's support and jungler basically stay in my lane and deny me farm and push the lane. Since i am low elo, no one in my team provides any help and i am left alone in a 1v3 situation in mid. I abandonned the idea of hoping that my teammates would help me. It's really frustrating to see all the time and gold wasted on the ennemy team getting unpunished by my team. I'll skip the part where i could explain ALL the things that could be done by my team to take advantage of this so i am just going to get straight to the point:

Is there anything i can do by myself to prevent this? How do i react if this happens again?

Is there any form of counterplay available when you get focused?

Is it better to hug tower and take jungle camps (not dying) than try to farm and feed the midlaner or jungler?

If the enemies are good at diving, then you're pretty much fucked, but otherwise, you can just hug tower and stay safe.

This is one of those scenarios where by camping you they free up your teammates to push. If the support from bot is mid, then your bot lane has a numbers advantage and your jg can help them as well. If top roams they can push for a turret. If you're in low elo you may need to communicate with your team to make sure they capitalize on opportunities like these. Sometimes leaving their lanes to come to you is not the best call.

Hug tower, ping for ganks, farm wraiths or other jg camps and stay behind your wave after they come to your tower. Mid game, hang out a safe distance back (about half of a creep wave) then when they drop their damage dealing abilities, jump on them.
