Don't worry, your flex queue placements may bit a little unbalanced MMR wise :D

Yes, I know these flex placements don't actually matter. Yes, I know the ladder has shifted or whatever But i find it hard to believe that these people have the same approximate MMR as me. If someone who understands the system better can explain this, please do, I am kinda worried this will happen in my real placements.

Disclaimer I don't main Zed. I occasionally play him. But i'll take me some Xerath any day mmMM

Maybe i'm finally playing at a plat level :D. Or not :U

there was a soft mmr reset this preseason that didn't really effect gold or below mmr players, but plat+ players basically had their mmr dropped a tier or more. My suspicions are that DQ messed up people's mmr because of it's boosting nature, but it's anyone's guess.

At any rate, give it a little bit and those that truly deserve high elo will climb while those who were boosted will bear nothing but their previous rank as shame for being boosted

I can't take the queue seriously because of the skewed mmr. One champ select I looked up my mid laner and he was Silver 4 and our top laner was Diamond 1 while I'm Diamond 3 and our other two teammates were low Diamond. A Gold 3 player shouldn't cost me a game because their opponent is Diamond 3, and most gold players would be salty after experiencing that.

Damn, that matchmaking seems fair compared to what I versed. Here's a picture of my most recent flex game: https://gyazo.com/dab48617d37deee986e907a10a32b750 By the way, they were all Diamond in Flex 5v5 as well as the Lee being top 60 in Challenger in OCE
