When a new champion comes out...

When a new champion comes out putting a time limit before it can be played in ranked would help a lot for everyone. Almost every game that comes out with new characters and has ranked does this to help balance the game. You are getting people in your games that wanna go first time (NC) in ranked not even knowing how to play them. I understand "Oh you can just ban them" but that is wasting a ban that can change the game for you, You shouldn't have to ban a new champion just so your own team doesn't lose you the game as soon as they pick him/her. And just cause you ban them you are always gonna have that one person that is like "Oh you banned my champion I'm gonna go singed mid but instead of go mid I'm gonna go to your lane and run it down". I know that there are some people that have played them constantly in pbe but thats not everyone. Playing a new champion in norms is gonna give you just as much experience in a champion as playing it in ranked and costing your team. The time limit the new champion can't be played in ranked doesn't have to be very long at all. Give people enough time to at least learn their kit before going into ranked with a champion. 2 weeks is a good time. Man even 1 week is better then nothing!
