Improving Cassiopeia as a dot mage, an idea regarding E and passive.
Cassiopeia's E and adding a new identity.
So the idea is Cassiopeia essentially does 0-very little damage on her E activation, here me out now though. It could still be a machine gun style ability but instead of just pooping out crazy amounts of damage it amplifies her poison dot exponentially while applying effects based on the total strikes of Twin Fangs. Scientifically snakes use venom, not poison, one is injected into the blood stream and one is consumed. That's besides the point but venom acts by attacking certain parts of your body, be it blood, nerves, etc. Some of her stacks could look like this:

Every 2 more fangs subtracts more vision. Loss of vision, like a Quinn or Graves blind but less.
8 hits of Twin Fangs|
** Damage over time is increased by ~?% for every reoccurring Twin Fang **
10 hits of Twin Fang|
If a target dies with 10+ stacks they leave poison on their dead body.

Making her dot give information.
Zed and Tristana both have marks that give an idea of how much damage will be applied to the champion. When Zed has his shuriken they die, when Tristana's turns red its the last auto away from exploding. If Cass had the ability to poison someone, pump them with like 10 shots of of her E and simply walk away because she knows they'd die, I find that to be a pretty interesting mechanic. She could use a ring around the base of the champion or an image over her head that fills as Twin Fangs strikes them. Upon enough damage being applied the ring or icon turns red meaning at their current health they will die unless, healed, zhonyas, etc to the amount of poison applied to them. It gives a lot of risk reward for putting yourself in danger to keep spamming your combo until their mark is full.
Conclusion.
I feel like this would be a good way of keeping Cassiopeia's current kit but with a new spin on it. Obviously it would have to be balanced accordingly. This gives her some utility while really playing on her risk/reward style kit to basically shit out damage.
