Skarner is literally the least played champion in League and has been for ages. Is there any chance he'll ever be reworked or fixed or something? I love the boy but he's just so useless. I wanna be able to play him.

He's already a terror when he has 5-6 items, but the meta isn't currently going to let that happen, probably. But add in Predator, and Skarner is a friggin' freight train. He won't need Flash to catch a target with ult because he moves so damn fast. Stack 45% from Predator onto tier 2 boots, sped up Dead Man's Plate, and 5% MS from Trinity Force, and he's almost impossible to escape from.
I don't play much SR nowadays, but I got Skarner in an ARAM yesterday (He's my highest Mastery champion btw, from when I did play the Rift this season, so I know how to play the guy), and the entire enemy team could not peel me off of the enemy Caitlyn. Imagine how much better that'll be with Predator, plus possibly either MS from Celerity or Slow Resistance from Perseverance.
Thank god they didn't have an Enchanter.

Considering that none of these items will have the movespeed they do now come preseason, i dont see skarner doing anything, also he was recently reworked.
