PROJECT ASHE SKIN TERRIBLE PARTICLE EFFECTS

It is SOOOO hard to see the abilities of the project ashe skin. The ult looks like its going in slow motion and is very hard to see, same thing with her volley. Her E looks so different that I almost flash when I get "hit" by it. PLZ FIX
